  After 30 years with this practice, I received less than satisfactory service from reception whilst attempting to make a phone booking, my usual doctor was unavailable, and I was denied access to another doctor who I have previously dealt with on other occasions when my doctor was away, even tho he had several spaces available for that afternoon, waiting 3 days before my doctor was available is unacceptable, I will be investigating other medical practices in my area.
